Our latest range of 250 kW and 500 kW boilers are extremely efficient, utilising an advanced dual stage burner, 3-way valve system and smart controls to optimise temperature control and minimise fuel burn and emissions.

From a small footprint we’ll deliver maximum heat output, with temperatures up to 90⁰C and pressures up to 10 bar.

  • Cast iron 3-pass flue boiler allows for excellent combustion, stable temperatures and reduced short-cycling.
  • Dual stage burner accurately matches a site’s fluctuating heat requirements and achieves lower emissions at part-load operation.
  • Integrated 3-way valve ensures operating temperature is quickly achieved, maintains tight temperature control and reduces short-cycling.

Advanced controls

  • Aggreko developed controls, specific for rental applications, can communicate with building management systems and link into other plant equipment.
  • Electronic controls closely regulate and stabilise temperatures and offer advanced fault-finding capabilities.
  • Master/slave configuration delivers load-on-demand functionality, with multiple boilers controlled centrally and firing in and out to meet a site’s load demands.

  • Designed in a canopy casing with a small footprint for ease of transportation.
  • Units are ideal for confined spaces, such as service yards, compounds and plant rooms.

Cost-effective installation, operation and maintenance

  • Camlock connectors make installation easy, linking straight into a site’s hot water system.
  • Easy-access compound parts and an external secondary circuit pump make servicing and maintenance simple and cost-effective.
  • Glycol fluid system prevents freezing during periods of inactivity and allows start-up from ambient temperatures as low as -20⁰C, for use in cold climates.
  • Primary and secondary fluid systems keep fluid flows separate, preventing cross contamination and reducing blockages for improved reliability. 
  • Remote monitoring technology allows 24/7 monitoring by our team of engineers. This allows proactive service and maintenance to reduce failures and avoid downtime.

Versatile and robust

  • Integrated stainless steel plate heat exchanger handles high pressure systems up to 10 bar and can serve high rise buildings.
  • Works efficiently across a wide fluid temperature range, from 20⁰C up to 90⁰C.
  • Options to use natural or propane gas for longer-term projects.
  • High capacity burner allows exhaust stacks, for use internally or in confined spaces.

Safe, smart design

  • With no fuel return line, the risk of a fuel spillage is greatly reduced.
  • Auto cut-out safety feature ensures boiler cuts out if the temperature in the chamber gets too high.
