We send out over 10,000 invites every year to our customers asking for their feedback on their recent hire with us. We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology.  Some records  have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.

Aggreko performed very well except for the collection of goods, it was agreed for you to await my call on day of collection which you said wouldnt be a problem before 3pm, however once the call was made yousaid it was to late!, this meant the generator was on site over aweekend period which i didnt idealy want.

The equipment was delivered as promised, on time and was correct but it did not work. The HVAC equipment would not operate and we had limited use of the equipment.

The product was good, the service was disappointing. We stipulated the requirement for trained staff and on 3 occassions we had to use third party personnel to perform technical work on the generators as even after 6 months of the contract running Aggreko did not have suitably trained staff to perform all the required duties. We had to use another generator providers technician to help commission the equipment, this nearly cost us $150,000 in downtime and loss of faith from the customer.

Hire set in place for 5 weeks 2 sets failed in first 3 days. 3rd set ran out of fuel twice. Agreeko's fuel management is expensive and therefore one would expect it to be able to keep fuel in generator.
