Commercial Lawyer

Location: Glasgow

A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Lawyer to be based within the PLC office.  The role will be reporting into the Director of Legal Affairs & Company Secretary but will work closely with other members of the Senior Management team. 

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

·         Providing legal advice and support to Aggreko’s group head office and to the Europe & Middle East region

·         Supporting the sales and commercial teams in drafting and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts

·         Providing general support to group head office in spheres of governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, data protection, money laundering and anti-corruption compliance

To be considered for this role you should be UK qualified and have experience in a corporate and / or commercial environment whether in private practice or in-house.  Equally important is the ability to work independently with a commercial and positive approach.
