We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology.  Some records  have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.

Customer service and support from local personel was very professional and prompt. The reliability of the equipment rented is not very good. Repeated problems with rented air compressors are encountered over and over again.

Bonjour J'ai demandé un groupe froid en urgence, j'ai eu une réponse rapide (dans la 1/2 journée) ! Ensuite, tout s'est enchaîné très facilement, entre la proposition et la livraison du groupe. Le professionnalisme à la fois du technicien d'assistance mais aussi du transporteur répondent complétement aux exigences industriels (sécurité notamment). Je n'ai pu testé le service AGGREKO que pendant 15 jours, et tout s'est bien déroulé jusqu'à la reprise du groupe. Nous sommes donc satisfait de la prestation fournie. Cordialement.

The sales and performance of the operations team was excellent. The billing/accounting department, however, is terrible. The invoices were extremely convoluted and difficult to understand. They were inconsistent with the dates of operation. They overcharged for several items. The accounting staff was extremely unhelpful when inquiries were made. The accounting department alone is the only reason we may not use Aggreko again.

I needed a 30KW generator at 120/240. The generator that was originally leased (my girlfriend picked it up and had no knowledge of generators) was a 20KW generator at 480 but only a 14.7KW at 120/240. This caused me to make another trip to swap generators. Bill Ayers took the original information down, and really screwed things up. I was to have the temporary power up by noon on Friday, and because I had the wrong generator and had to go to San Antonio to pick the correct one up, I was not able to get temporary services up until 4pm. I will say that Brooke Bridges was EXTREMELY helpful. I called her at 6am on her day off on her cell phone. She, understandably, was a little irritated at first, but after explaining the situation, she took it upon herself to ensure that I got the equipment that I needed in the timeliest manner possible. Brooke is an invaluable asset to your company and deserves accolades for her unselfishness in going above and beyond what should be expected. She is the single reason that I will continue to use Aggreko after this mishap that almost cost me a contract.

Overall, highly satisfied with Aggreko as service provider. Invoicing is sometimes difficult to comprehend as your hire period arrangements differ from how we view them. For example, we consider the hire period to commence on day of delivery, and invoices to correspond with that. I understand you work from week beginng so part weeks give room for confusion. The end result is satisfactory, but can be difficult to reconcile invoices. Very pleased with flexibility of response. In particular, the most recent delivery of chiller and AHUs at 5.00 am in the morning - much appreciated.

No, for the money we spent I expected a lot more than what we got. It was satisfactory at most. Also, on your contract when it states that the customer has to obtain any permits needed. You should really research the laws and statutes in any areas that you have that clause. I had an issue with the city and your salesperson was trying to tell me that it was in the contract and that I had to obtain permits. After talking with the city, there was no way I could even obtain a permit and neither could the landlord. Only someone with a TACL could. I also expected a temperature of about 65 to 68 degrees in the venue. We got 71 degrees all night. Plus a breaker went out on the A/C unit and it was off for about an hour which cost me to lose a lot of cold air prior to the event.

The chiller did everything it was supposed to do. Except for one hiccup where the first rental chiller lost one compressor, everything went pretty smoothly. The replacement chiller performed well. One area where Aggreko did not meet my expectations was with respect to the chiller controller. I can swear I was originally told that the chiller's controller was capable of displaying cooling load data - to be used to determine the true chiller size requirements for my application. When it was time to obtain this data, I was told that this wasn't available - very disappointing.

Aggreko had to deal with a very non standard order in terms of control/Shutdown and Protection. The design company we employed at times were not the easiest to deal with howver the Aggreko team managed to incorporate many changes and still deliver on time. The quality of the service team employed offshore was first class not only for the technical expertise but more importantly their attitude to safety. They were commended by myself and the OIM on several occasions.

At Ellesmere Port we had 5 generators. 1 had a fuel line leak and a second had a fault lead. I can't remember if there was also a problem with a fuel filter.

The generator was started and we had difficulty obtaining power at the bus bar.I was not aware that the generator had an RCD built into the unit and countered the main unit in the building. The RCD on the unit constantly tripped (generator still running but no power?. It wasn't until I spoke to your site engineer taht it was decided to disable the RCD on the generator. He suggested coning off the generator area so no one could interfere with the generator (which I did). From the preceding I assume that the unit was unsafe as the RCD was disabled from functioning? It would have been beneficial to have an instruction manual delivered with the unit that may perhaps have a troubleshooting section that would cover this eventuality. Perhaps with telephone number contacts should things go wrong? I telephoned your reps mobile only to find he was on holiday and I tried steve morris's number to find it turned off. I eventually called the depot and spoke to Sarah Whitehead who helped me to resolve the problem.
