We send out over 10,000 invites every year to our customers asking for their feedback on their recent hire with us. We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology.  Some records  have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.

Very much met our expectations. Both of the guys we met were really helpful, professional and extremely easy to deal with. I put a 9 on the "equipment delivered as ordered". This was one splitter not delivered with the unit which held us up for a little while getting the unit up and running. As soon as Tony knew, he dropped everything and drove over from Penrose to Glen Eden (in peak traffic) to get it to us immediately. Very impressive service

Mike McGushin did an outstanding job of responding to our needs on short notice and also getting us the rental unit and all of the electrical and mechanical componets to install the rental unit. Chris Basham also did a good job of setting up and training AOC on the operation of the unit which is important for operations and our plant's safety program.

There was a few issues with the products I rented. I had reneted a generator and a compressor. The generator came with wires that were much too large for both the unit sent and my service panel. A new set was sent out but this delayed the process. The compressor send could not be hooked into our system because the fittings were too large for our plant connections. New connections were sent but unfortunately the compressor would not run due to dirty fuel filters. In all, we lost 6hrs of potential production time. When you make a decision to place an order like this, it is based on an ROI. the faster you can utilize the equipement sent the better the ROI. If you spend a large amount of personal effort and make a financial commitment of this type, you expect that the equipement delivered will work.

When the initial phone call was made to order the generator, it was close to the evening shift change. I waited an hour before calling to find out why the engineer had not contacted me. I was told that the information had not been handed over from the previous shift and I had to go through the ordering process again. Apart from this it all went like clockwork.

The Sales consultant, went beyond the call of duty and stayed on site with the client Project Manager during an overnight power shutdown to ensure the back up generator changeover went smoothly. Unit was effective in meeting the cooling tower failure but the unit was not the best suited due to the fuel used , a temp cooling towere would have been more efficent v amount of desil used , this was not fully discussed. Had some issues with the unit set up , We arranged for site induction of service engineer to make future hires run smoother, however after discussing many aspect on site we were sent & inducted a 3rd pary contractor who had limited electrical & commissioning assistance. This directly affected the startup of the unit. Similarly the size of the unit delivered was different to that discussed in the premeeting resulting in some additional area classification risk assesment on kemfines behalf. the hoses delivered were not suitable & required to be changed , when they were changed they were of poor quality requiring Kemfine to patch. Generator was excellent & easy to use as was the old chiller provided. a couple of site safety procedures were not followed directly resulting from commissioning team not being at site induction. these aspects were discussed with S.Richie & were resolved to our satisfaction.

While dealing this time, order processing took little confusion as the person we contacted went on emergency leave to his motherland. Moreover manager was in training at Dubai. Hence office bearers took unwanted time for confirmiing the order and availability of generators as per our requirement. However, once manager reported back to office, he solved the problem. Still, Instead of 500 KVa generators, we were provided with 1000 KVa-s. Fuel consumption, of course, will be more when compared to 500 KVa. Anyhow, we are not hgihlighting this as a major issue considering the overall service & support from Aggreko.

Original heater was an older unit that required technical assistance to put into operation. The unit failed at the start of the 2nd week on site. Replacement heater of current style was rushed in by sales/service team within hours of call to trouble shoot problem on phone with technical service team.

Apparatuur werkte prima, levertijden waren zoals afgesproken, zeer tevreden over. Enkele aanmerkingen: Bedieningskastje was wel wat onduidelijk in het begin. Geconstateerd dat in één van de vermogenskabels een diepe snee in de isolatie zat.

In comparison to last year this year did not go so well. The unit was delivered with the wrong temperature setpoint and also lost refrigerant part way through the rental preiod. Our staff had to spend some time getting this sorted out but once it was all was OK. Aggreko compensated us by not charging for the time the unit was down.

I thought that the cooler's performed better than I had hoped. I was a little discuraged with not be able to get the actual specs on the exchangers until a po was cut. I also thought that the cost per unit was very steep, and I will be waying my options for our next project.

Si la reserva no se hace con una anticipación de varias semanas no te garantizan que la máquina pueda salir del lugar mas cercano a su punto de destino lo que conlleva coste de transporte adicional. Yo este año he tenido suerte y ha salido del sitio que he solicitado, pero no lo podéis garantizar siempre. Sería conveniente que se pudiera tener esas facilidad porque la trasladaríamos al cliente final, ya que la opción de hacer la reserva dos meses antes, en España es luchar contra los elementos y es imposible.
