We send out over 10,000 invites every year to our customers asking for their feedback on their recent hire with us. We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology. Some records have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.
All of these comments are viewed by our operational personnel as well as senior management and Executive Board. As the comments are random, there may be an occasion that several low scores appear consecutively.
