We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology.  Some records  have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.

Despite 3 previous planning meetings the correct assessment of what type of generaitors were needed was not made until the last minute therefore causing a delaying the delivery of the unanticipated generator. Despite being advised that a generator could be delivered within 4 hours, our team had to wait until 10pm to ensure delivery was made.

Er was afgesproken dat er een filterbox geplaatst zou worden. Deze bleek bij levering helemaal niet te bestaan. Er is toen afgesproken los filterdoek te plaatsen op de uitblaas. Dit is gebeurd en was een acceptabele oplossing. Echter de offerte van Aggreko was hoger dan die van een conculega. Deze kon alleen geen filterbox leveren en daarom werd er gekozen voor Aggreko ! De monteur die de installatie kan plaatsen was niet erg zakendeskundig en had zo zijn eigen werkwijze. Degenen die de installatie kwam afbreken plukte daar de vruchten van !

One compressor apparently came in with a plugged fuel filter and the unit wouldn't put out more than 55 PSI until the filter was changed. One air dryer kept tripping out every few hours. Trucks came to pick up units early and with no paperwork

The service was excellent and an additional load bank was provided after we had a problem of our own.The 400Kw Load bank was a little old and we could only get 350Kw out of it. The 600kw subsequently supplied was a much newer better unit.

The only failure was the generator itself. I have hired many many many generators from Agrekko in the past and have never had a drama with the newer cummins'units. The generator delivered to our premises was old (with a fancy new orange paint job), had outdated control panel, and most of all could not regulate it's frequency to a solid 60Hz. it varied between 59 and 62 Hz at a period of about just over a second. Luckily the equipment I was powering is capable of handling this or I would have complained.

It exceeded my expectations in some regards and failed to meet them in others. The team was very responsive, however there was what seemed to be an unnecessary amount of additional paperwork and payment confirmation necessary to get the generator. I understand these steps are necessary, so it didn't bother me much. What did bother me was when the Generator we rented BROKE DOWN after 3 days and we lost half a day of work time which I had to pay for because the generator was not working. Aggreko replaced the generator with one which could run without problems - which is an appreciated solution, but ideally we never would have needed to replace the unit.

The Aggreko techs did not have the ability to write there own permits, and they did not have the proper training to hook up the electrical. We had to provide our own service techs to do the actual installation and tear down.
