We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology.  Some records  have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.

Had problems with a tower pump & tower make-up float valve. Your service dept. had to replace the pump 4 times, due to extreme noise & a coupling blowing apart. Customer / building Supt. had to call me SEVERAL times. If needed, please feel free to contact me.

Of the three units I rented, two came in good condition. The third unit was older and in poor condition. When the unit broke down,the service department came right out and made the repairs. The problem I have, is I see a fee on my invoice for the repairs made to your equipment. I thought that was why I was paying to rent your equipment.

The only problem that I had was that the salesman had two references of information for the chiller info such as nozzle sizes, etc. Chiller was suppose to be shipped with 50 ft of electrical cable. It came with none. Thanks to Jerry Sinclair calling in advance of the start up he was able to get cable from his shop. Overall your company did a great job. Keep up the good work.

On the rescent job , after an error with the delivery date, we were repeatedly told that the 2 sets would be there that afternoon. After being postponed no less than 12 times, they turned up 5 days later. We were made to look stupid in front of our client.

Failed to meet them as the generator failed when it was really needed. Upon finding the failure we were told that they would have to send another generator down instead of a technician to fix the problem. The nearest generator took approximately 3 hours to arrive on site where we had to have technicians waiting.

Pretty much met my expectations. I haven't had the opportunity to use them since this summer when we rented several air conditioners and generators to power the A/C units. We had problems with on Generator at the time. It was on Saturday and the technician on call was relatively new but he did have additional support by cell phone to trouble shoot the problem and get us up and running.
