We send out over 10,000 invites every year to our customers asking for their feedback on their recent hire with us. We are proud to display those comments received to date, good and bad, with their recommend score, which is based on the Net Promoter Score methodology.  Some records  have been removed due to their sensitive business nature.

Engineer arrived late on site to make connection on to essential services. He was not aware of what he had to do. Once it was explained to him it then took over three hours for him to do what he had to do. In the mean time five of our engineers are standing around not able to do what they were there to do until your engineer was ready. The most frustrating and annoying thing about all of this is that we had the site surveyed and went through where everything would be situated and the lenght of cable runs were measured only for them to be short.

Aggreko has very good equipment and very prompt and ontime delivery. The office personnel was very easy to deal with. However, I wasn't very satisfied with the sales person. When we origanally spoke, I asked to make sure that they use highway use fuel so that if we had any fuel left, we could us it in our fleet of trucks. However, he sent off-road fuel. He offered no way to credit me for the left over fuel of which we only use 1/4 of the total. .

I have used Aggreko many times in the past. Their knowleged of the equipment is very good and the condition of the equipment has alsways been excelent.

We have had several issues with heaters throwing breakers, and have had to call service techs on several occasions. However, Aggreko is always prompt to respond to our service requests and send someone out. Nonetheless, we've had to go a night or two without a heater in a couple areas and on a Hospital job (in California), this can be extremely risky. Fortuanately, we were able to maintain an acceptable temperature/RH in these circumstances.

Our reliance on rental generators had declined significantly since we now own a fleet of generators and secondly since the demand for generators from our user groups had dropped due to system improvements and less weather related outages. Sales Representative Dave Wynn has kept in constant contact with us and been very responsive to our needs, exceeding our expectations. We feel a significant degree of comfort with him that he will properly followup on matters and do the "right thing".

All in all everything was good although the equipment selection was changed twice due to availability even though my order was well ahead of the job date. Two of the units showed up with the wrong power requirements. we were lucky to be able to access a proper power supply on site so that we could make use of these two units. If not this would have been a major problem.

Two reps, first rep left for Over seas appointment and second rep chnaged agreed prices at site, We the spent a lot of money diverting power cables as this was cheaper and our client whom 1st ordered your services was very unhappy that agreements had been broken.

Please note that the email was address to me but you have put someone who has left the company. The chiller kept on going to fault, although we had various service engineers visiting site I had reset the unit on several occasions. Also I had a visit from two members of the sales team earlier this year, I told them that the unit had been on hire for about 12 months and that I wanted it off hire for the winter period. They said they would get back to me with a 'stand-by rate' but they never did.

This is the fourth year we have used Aggreko, and after the second occasion we were actively looking around for alternatives, but a change in Account Management (Debbie Mayes) quickly turned things around and Debbie convinced us Aggreko could do a lot better. This turned out to be true and it was a much better experience for us the following year. After handing over to Marion Barlow prior to our last power down this again worked extremely well for us.
